Our Recruitment Procedure

Upon receipt of Demand Letter, Power of Attorney from the employer. We obtain permission from the protector of Immigrants Government of Pakistan for Recruitment of Manpower.

  1. SOURCING CANDIDATES:
    Sourcing the right candidate for client is a skilful job. We handle this in variety of ways.


  2. UTILIZING PERSONAL CONTACTS:
    Sourcing candidates who are currently employed in their field of specialization by the different companies, institution etc.


  3. INVESTIGATING OUR CANDIDATE REGISTER:
    We check our all database/candidates register and list all the candidate who have already applied for desired position. Our aim is to attract the right candidate who meets our client requirements at most economical cost.


  4. ADVERTISEMENT:
    All the clients requirements/vacancies are advertised in the leading daily newspaper, world renowned magazine journal and our website etc.


  5. SCREEINING CADIDATES:
    Our experience enables us to evaluate the best candidate qualification from the applications received. Whilst screening out the candidates the selection is made on the basis of ate, resume of candidate, detailed description of past and present experience, desired, present income, qualification etc.


  6. PRELIMINARY INTERVIEWS:
    Interviews are conducted, the purpose of the interview is primarily to confirm the contents of application and related documents submitted by the candidates and secondly to evaluate the personality and ability of the candidate to ensure that they fully meet client, requirements.


  7. SHORTLISTING FOR LIENT APPROVAL:
    Medcon International will provide the client with sufficient documented information on selected candidates to enable clients to advise of their final interview for selection.


  8. TRADE TEST: If the candidate found suitable in the preliminary interview he is called for practical tests of his skill in the profession he is being selected for.


  9. FINAL SELECTION:

    1. The Bio-data of pre-selected candidates are sent to client if client accept their credential.


    2. If client asks Medcon International to conduct interview then Medcon International's recruitment team consists of several members specialized in their respective fields will conduct the interviews and advise client of their final selection.


    3. Client representative is invited to conduct interview (if client desires)

  10. MEDICAL TEST:
    If a candidate passes the trade test then he is referred for medical test which includes complete medical examination consisting of X-Ray of chest, Blood test, HIV-Aids, Hepatitis Auscultation, Nutritious conditions and infectious disease test. If the candidate passes the fundamental test then he is referred to temperament test.


  11. PSYCHOLOGIST TEMPERAMENT:
    Examination of temperament from the view-point of human relations at the job site is carried out for each candidate and only those candidates who have passed the qualification test of his skillfulness. Medical and temperament examination are eligible for employment abroad.


  12. JOB OFFERS:
    Candidates who have qualified are given the job offers with detailed term & conditions of employment abroad.


  13. FULL DOCUMENTATION ASSISTANCE FOR SELECTED CANDIDATES:
    A list of selected workers mailed to the employer abroad and selected workers are asked to sign the Foreign Service Agreement and deliver their documents for processing recruitment formalities


  14. PRE-DEPARTURE ORIENTATION SEMINAR OF WORKERS:
    Selected workers deliver the documents, sign the foreign service agreement and sent for briefing with the protector of Emigrants, Government of Pakistan, who explains to each worker the terms & conditions of foreign service offered to them Geographical conditions, climate, culture, tradition and law of the host country.


  15. VISA PROCESSING:
    passports of selected candidates are delivered to respective embassies for visa processing which normally takes 10 to 20 days.


  16. TRAVEL FORMALITIES:
    Passports of selected candidates received and travel formalities are completed, the workers are given the notice of departure, and employer is informed of the arrival schedule of the workers on job site. Workers are deputed only when employer confirms the acceptance of their departure schedule. Flight ticket and arrival lists are delivered to workers, group leader is nominated and telex/fax is sent to the employers who arrange the transport from airport to the destination.


  17. AIRPORT ASSISTANCE:
    On the day of the worker's departure from the point of hire, our representative will render assistance to them at the Lahore/Islamabad and Karachi on arrival date through our office in the Middle East to insure accommodation and airport pick-up upon arrival of deployed workers on the job site.


  18. GUARANTEE ON WORKERS, WE RECRUIT:
    Medcon International guarantees that the workers we hire and deploy are mentally and physically fit to work and capable to perform their jobs. This guarantee covers to period of three (3) months from arrival at the job-site, provided that:

    1. The worker qualify for the positions of which they are hires.


    2. In case of alleged unsatisfactory performance or physical incapacity. We shall replace the unqualified employee at NO COST TO OUR EMPLOYER. If adequate proofs are given to our satisfaction..

  19. DELIVER TIME OF WORKERS:
    Medcon International can deploy workers within a minimum period of 15 to 30 working days from the date of receipt of required documents.


  20. PERIODIC PROGRESS REPORT:
    We will insure that every employer gets a periodic progress report regarding recruitment up to the time workers are deployed


Docunents Required From Employer

  1. Power Of Attorney in the name of MEDCON INTERNATIONAL attested by Ministry of Foreign Affair and Pakistani Embassy.


  2. Demand Letter in the name of MEDCON INTERNATIONAL attested by Ministry of Foreign Affair and Pakistani Embassy.


  3. Visa Authority Letter to the Consulate / Embassy.


  4. Visa Slip
    FOR SAUDI ARABIA. We also require the following documents in addition to 1.2.3, Specified above.


  5. Copy of Commercial Registration of the Company.


  6. Hafiza - Nafooz


FOR INDIVIDUAL

If Visa is issued by individual not company then following documents are required:

  1. Sakka Waqala (Original) Attested by Ministry of Foreign Affair Saudi Arabia.


  2. Visa Slip     (Photocopy)

  3. Hafiza - Nafooz     (Photocopy)


  4. Rukasa Mahal (if any)     (Photocopy)
