- We follow the proposed scale of wages for different trades and categories or personnel as worked out by the government of Pakistan in consultation with the Government of Saudi Arabia UAE, Jordan, Qatar, Muscat/Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Lebanon, other Middle East counties, Indonesia, Malaysia, Korea and other African counties.
- The age group of the workers will be between 20 to 40 years in case of construction workers and maximum of 50-years in the case of professional and administrative staff with good health and stout physique.
- Period of contract is minimum one year or as per agreement in the case of manpower supplied on turnkey contract basis.
- One day per week to be allowed as rest day (holiday) by the employer.
- Overtime work shall be paid by the employer as per labor law of the host country.
- Vacations and leave shall be applied as per labor laws of the host county or as to be agreed at the time of negotiation of contract between employer and out company.
- Sick leaves or recreation leaves, if any, according to labor law of the host country.
- The wage scales as quoted above are for 6-days a week @ 8 hours per single shift.
- Medical facilities to be provide by the employer as per labor laws of host country.
- Bachelor type furnished accommodation depending on the type of project and location of work site shall be provided by the employer free of charge.
- Food shall be provided free of charge or food allowance shall be provided by the employer, if food allowance is not added in the salary.

If the food allowance is provided employer must maintain the labor camp a suitable cafeteria and canteen, which could meet the requirements of Pakistani workers.
- Free transportation from camp to worksite shall be provided by the employer.
- Insurance of the workers shall be arranged by the employer.
- The wage rates are approved by Government of Pakistan, any charge in the wage scale announced by our government before finalization of our contract agreement with employer shall be adjusted accordingly.
