Job Detail: STRATEGIC DUTIES: . Participating in implementing and transforming policies, goals and plans into medium and shot term plans to ensure internal work development and productivity increase. . Participating in the development of the sections;s work plan, distributing and following up on work activities, projects and programs, monitoring work flow and reviewing work methods and procedures. . Suggesting plans and programs that strive to boost the effectiveness of the section. . Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates to ensure that priorities are clear and actions are running smoothly. EXECUTIVE AND TECHNICAL DUTIES: . Responsible for overall electrical system design activities in engineering department. . supervise / monitoring of Electrical engineers / CAD operators input and output. . Responsible for Electrical design evaluation, VE, shop drawings and preparation of reports. . Supervise design / production of shop drawing including final review and QA/QC Check. . Ensure to achieve the ouputs defined in the engineering process and KPIs. . Responsible for overall coordination among overall disciplines to achieve the outputs defined in the Engineering processes. . Assist site engineering team on various technical issues related to design and drawings. . Prepare Monthly reports of all activates with in his section. . Participating in implementing and transforming policies, goals and plans into medium and short. . Participating in the development of the section's work plan, distributing and following up on work. . Suggesting plans and programs that strive to boost the effectiveness of the section.
