Executing Plans and Programs •Executing endorsed plans and programs to achieve set goals Executive & Technical Duties •Coordinating effectively with the Admin. Services Section to provide the required health, food, accommodation and transportation services and meet employees’ requirements. •Monitoring provided administrative services and ensuring that all employees' requirements are being met in a timely manner. •Recommending changes and improvements and suggesting new practices to provide services efficiently. •Ensuring that the required level of administrative services’ quality is being maintained and suggesting potential ways to excel in performance standards. •Liaising with the projects’ employees to ensure that all services are being provided as required and taking their recommendations into consideration. •Resolving discrepancies and dealing with work problems in a professional manner and ensuring the proper execution of ESEC admin and employee relations policies and procedures. •Ensuring that a secure and clean work environment is being provided by meeting all safety, security and health requirements. •Coordinating with governmental and service providing entities, and ensuring that all transactions are performed on timely basis. •Handling the relationships with the utility services companies and following up on payments for utility bills such as electricity and phone. •Performing the approved transactions with the service providers, such as receiving shipments and material and supervising sub-contracted resources. •Carrying out the duty of preparing/ following-up on the internal (local) expenses report. •Forwarding hotel and car reservation activities for the project's employees and official visitors. |
