Executive & Technical Duties Collect cost and expenditure data from different departments on site on a monthly basis. Collect cost and expenditures data for work force, materials and subcontractor on a monthly basis. Collect data for different category: Labor expenses - Productivity, Material - Completed Work, Subcontract - Completed Work, Management & Indirect Expenses - % of completion and % to complete, Identify any discrepancy between budgeted and actual cost. Collect site inventory of all material on site to actual delivered, consumed and installed materials. List all construction equipment used on site. Report to and submit all the above data to Cost Control/Analysis Engineer. Preparing quantities and estimates for projects resources and ensuring the adherence to building legislation, health and safety laws and contractual obligations. Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities; identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks. Preparing schedules of quantities translating the drawing, plans and specifications produced by the design team to enable each contractor to calculate tender prices fairly. Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor costs for projects in addition to negotiating and prepare bids for tenders and contracts |
