Managing finance functions including accounting, budget preparation, payables and receivables as per the adopted policies and procedures. Managing and overseeing the development of budgets, contracts, revenues, and / or accounts, and analyzing budget patterns and expernditures. Overseeing the preparation of working papers and approved budgets; ensuring that expenditures for budgets and contracts are monitored and that reports are prepared to ensure balanced accounts. Staying up to date of applied laws and regulations and maintenaning continous compliance with general and specific accounting priciples. Monitoring and approving expenditures by ensuring that it is within the approved budget and as per accounting policies and procedures. Applying appropriate protocols in analyzing data via performing statistical analysis to reach accurate and beneficial conclusions that supports the decision making process. Overseeing and managing the development of the company's standard costing, and overseeing the analysis and processes of cost accounting fuction. Copntinously reviewing the adopted methods and priciples, and developing existing accounting priciples as appropriate. Managing issuance of periodic financial statments of reports as per adopted procedures. |
