Handling the overall employees' relations management and coordinating various employee services and activities. . Following up and monitoring monthly attendance of head office staff and reporting delays accordingly. . Coordinating and handling communications between ESEC's employees and the HR department with regards to Salary Changes, Loan Requests...etc. . Handling travel arrangements as required, including hotels and tickets reservations. . Handling and following up on Insurance issues such as CAr/TPL & WCL, WCL, GOSI, Equipments, properties, Medical Insurance. . Operning new employee files for new employees in coordination with the Planning and Recruitment Section. . Coordinating and following - up on employees' related issues such as sick leaves, vacations and termination and ensuring that all information is stored in the company database and files. . Following up on employment requests and participating in facilitating the recruitment process by providing support in finishing related documents. . Performing duties related to the appointment process such as preparing employment offcers and contracts and providing the employee with copies of these documents. . Providing necessary employment documents such as letters, correspondence, reports, iqama and visa arrangements. . Ensuring the safekeeping of documents, such as passpor and iqama, and updating the expiry of all related documents. |
